1mm ABS Edged Doors
These doors are Ideal for all areas of the home or office, they’re highly durable and can be a very cost-effective option compared to other door options we supply.
The doors available online are 16mm thick MDF laminated / melamine with a 1mm ABS edge to all edged of the panel.
The board we use to produce these doors is from Laminex and Formica, this board is Made in Australia and complies with the very strict E0 (zero emissions) standards. The edging we use is from Surteco – another great product locally made here in Australia.
Gone are the days of “iron on” edging that falls off – we only supply Melamine doors with a 1mm ABS edges, this process is done using a hot melt glue edge banding machine, the glue we use is imported from Germany, where a lot of the world’s best glue is made.
With a vast range of colours, finishes and textures its easy to know why a lot of people these days are asking for Laminex and Formica options. If we don’t have a colour online, then please contact us and we will check the availability for you.

Vinyl Wrapped Doors
These doors offer us the ability to machine a design in the face of the door while also maintaining a seamless edge all while not blowing your budget.
They’re ideal for modern cabinet doors for all areas of the home or office, with a wide colour range, featuring Textured, Satin, Super Matt, Gloss and Wood Grain Gloss vinyls available. We have hundreds of unique, farmhouse and modern door profiles to choose from, however if you can’t find a design online then simply send us a photo for us to match as we have well over 500 different designs in our system for you to choose from.
All vinyl wrapped panels are available in 18mm as standard, 25mm and 32mm thick options are also available.
Vinyl Wrapped Doors or also known as Thermo-Laminated doors have, however gotten a bad rap in recent years which in all fairness shouldn’t be warranted. When manufactured correctly using the best materials available this option can outperform painted doors – an expensive option.

Acrylic Doors
Acrylic Doors are a premium door option that brings a modern feel and look to any room. Ideal for both home and office applications. Acrylic doors are 18mm thick with a 1mm Acrylic layer face and back with MDF (E0) Substrate. You have two finishes available – High Gloss Finish and Velvet Finish, the gloss finish is unlike anything else, ultra-high gloss appearance that’s very reflective. Both finishes are UV and scratch resistant however the velvet finish, which is smooth and untextured, provides an even greater protection.

Painted Doors (Polyurethane)
Can’t find that colour you’re looking for? well painted doors just might be your answer, with an unlimited colour choice matched with being able to select a routered door design this option can be limitless.
Painted doors are available in textured, satin and gloss, with the endless colour choice and huge door design selection, what’s the catch? price! painted doors are highly labour intensive, each door is hand sanded, under coated, sanded and then top coated about 3 – 4 times while sanding in between.

Raw MDF Doors
On a budget? Would like to finish the doors yourself? This option is for you, we will machine your doors and drill for hinges as if we were to press or paint the kitchen cabinet doors, we will lightly sand each door (if required) ready for you to prime, paint or sand. Please note we use double sided melamine (satin) this helps eliminate excessive amounts of priming to be used before top coat, this also gives you the better finish.
